I noticed that your interested in string cosmology (amoungst other stuff) and I remember several posts you did discussing a possible role of axions with respect to consciousness. Here is quite a few papers which have been written on string cosmology research. I list one which mentions Ls and the role it plays in a transformation from pre-big bang to post-big bang (not to much math either, at least for this one).
