To explain everything I would have to write a tutorial on differential geometry. These are just the equations of motion for a photon in the gravitational field surrounding the singularity of a "black hole". Save the URL for the Photon.htm webpage and check back next weekend. I need to redo the page to clearify a few points and maybe include a diagram explaining the parameters involved. I'll try to remember that I am writing for someone else and not just making notes for myself. This was my first effort in creating a webpage so please be patient. I think I'm getting the hang of it. My primary goal in the current page was to post the equations of motion for the photon and show a few of the possible solutions.
