but what I'm wondering is why does time flow differently on top of a tall building as does the time at the bottom of the building. And what does the change in time flow rely on? Planet mass, distance, etc...?
I understand the time flow change with respect to the speed of light, but I'm more interested in the flow of time differential between me and the person downstairs. Granted, the difference in timeflow is very small, but it certainly isn't neglible if there is a difference.
