Remember, quantum mechanics may mathematically work out perfectly at predicting wave functions and such, but it does not mean that particles DO have a size of zero. It just means that there are inherent problems within the framework of quantum mechanics that physicists tend to ignore because quantum mechanics works so well on such tiny distance scales. |
