For the Universe to be very nearly flat (globally) as the Boomerang results suggest Omega would be very close to 1. This would indicate that the universe is made up mostly of weakly interacting matter (Dark matter). The results from the High-Z SN research would indicate that the cosmological constant is > 0. Pretty interesting stuff.
