energy = mass X the spped of light squared

so if u have sth with mass 50kg, light has a constant velocity of 3000 km/h (is it? i cant remeber lol i just had a test on it last month cant balive how fast i forget things)

the envergy that can be converted by this 50kg of mass is 3000 (lets just assume i was rite with the value) times 3000 times 50 ....

as u can see, a small amout of mass can be converted into such a large amt of energy and this is the explaination given to fusion reactn inside the sun ......
