oh yes yes yes pleeease!!!

i could neva understand that equatn with tau squared equals to time squared minus distance squared ......

i actually attempted to understand wristwatch time by reading this bk by a prominent scientist, but i couldnt even go past the 5th page .......

i still dont understand what wristwatch time is.... and how does EVERYONE agree on it? (is everyone refering to ppl in the same time frame?)
y is wristwatch time an invariant ...... if possible pls add on some conceptual explanations .... thanku bruce!
