umm...u gotta understand what is space time in the first place...its a piece of frickin rubber sheet...okok a very simple description.

picture a rubber sheet...when u put somethin in the middle...the rubber sheet bends down like a funnel...when u put a smaller object at the side of the rubber sheet...it rolls towards the larger mass in the middle...

but space works different...cos the planets have bend the spacetime also and they have their own gravity fields blah blah blah.

so u could say the mass displaces spacetime.
so am i right guys???
