to everyone out there esp. mr bladesinger?

i noticed one of ur msgs in the other blackholes forum about quasars ...... ive heard of many proposals about black holes being in the center of quarsars, and i understand that quarsars are extremely bright ... out of curiosity ... would it b erroneous to say that a quasar IS a black hole? or does the maths/phys deem it impractical/impossible?
