Perception of time dialation does not exist, i.e., suspended near a black holes event horizon, will not conclude to you that you are in the vicinity of time warpage. However the perception then becomes reality, when you travel back to earth and realize that earth`s proper time has advanced. There is no such thing as travelling back in time, only forward, realative to something else. This is a fact, not fiction, it is the basis of Special Relativity with the added extension of General Relativity.
