The universe is expanding, according to cosmology!
This theory is well accpeted by many theoretical physicists and others as well. As to what it is actually expanding into is unknown. As for hyperspace, it already does exist, and the expansion of the universe causes the dimensions to as well. The reason for expansion is solely due to not having enough matter to stop the expansion, which means expansion will occur until matter retracts this expansion and starts contracting. This is reasonable, because star formation near gaseous nebulas can be seen, the longer they stay and feed of the gass, the larger and more massive they become!
