According to the current cosmological view of the universe the mass density in the universe is decreasing. Matter is moving apert. They aren`t mving apart due to black holes. And that is due to very good reason. If, as you say, they are being pulled to a HUGE black hole then all the matter should be converging to that point. But observation shows otherwise. All galaxies are, for the most part, moving away from each other as dots ona a ballon would move away from each other when the ballon is blown up.
