Fact: Nothing can escape the black hole unless it travels faster than light.
Fact: EM spectrum shows that light has different states, a slow state is Infrared, a faster state is X-Ray.

X-rays travel faster than light because there wavelength and frequency is greater than that of normal light.

Black Holes get enegy for x-rays from the matter that swirls around them (visible or invisible matter [gas or tiny particles])
