You need to find some kind of a molecular containment field which can hold anti-matter such as positrons with no outside influence from matter. There is no guarantee that other galaxies are not anti-matter ones and indeed perhaps what seems to be chaos within a black hole is, in fact, quite recognisable if you happen to be in an anti-matter environment. Time would move backwards relatively within such an environment.
