I saw this bumper sticker the other day and I was wondering what exactly it meant. It was white with the red lettering, "If this sticker appears blue, you're goin too fast." I have been searching the web and have found little on this. If you could refer me to somewhere or explain what this concept is it would be greatly appreciated.
