: i don't really know much about blackholes but the seem to have a very interesting cincept to them. i dont hear of anything recent about them and i'm doing a science project about it. If anyone can give me any information on it please do. thanks or whatever. maybe i'll be back l8r. Blackholes were just a hypthosis until 1993 when one was discouvered. Basically there are a form of dead stars. And the stars that they develope from are stars with three times the mass of our own sun. Stars are made up of hydrogen and are held to gether by gravity but when the oxygen leaves the gravity sucks everything in including light. Hope that is enough info. Alix
