According to some information : Older information :( National geograhic ; circia : 1984 ) The Big Bang was the collision of two greater parts of matter (centers of gravity and consquently - many spirals / galaxies - like our own ) coming together in a point in space and exploding - causing all of matter / existance to expand (In some sense ) and starting many births of stars , quasars , etc . In another theroy - ( Scientific america : circia : late 80's ) the big bang was a direct result of matter and anti matter colliding ( or what is called dark matter - matter without light ) which caused a "big bang" that started in motion the processes of stars , gasses and other types of phenomenon to come in to being - ANother theroy is that the big bang is God clapping his hands together . (Just kidding ) I hopethat these tid bits were useful - and good hunting , there is quite a lot avaible at your local library on this subject - but after all this is only a theroy and not a fact .
