: : An absoluetly stupid point of discussion. : : The possibility exists in both directions; there : : may or may not be a "God." Getting in an argument : : over it is moot. There is absolutely no answer. : : Throw all mathmatical equations you can, throw all : : theories about the universe you can. I think it : : is the feeling of being in the universe that drives : : the believers to continue believing and the : : arrogance of the astornomers and people of the : : sort that keep this argument alive. : : What a waste of time to even to begin to discuss : : this. God has to exist. The universe will never end : : but keep recycling. So I will take the middle of : : the road. The is nothing that disproves his or : : her existance and nothing that proves it. : : We all know this. So why argue? We'll just have : : to wait and see, won't we? : You mentioned that there is no answer to the : question, "does God exist?" Sorry, you're dead : wrong. And that's a silly statement. Sometimes I : get excited when I get going on an idea, but I : usually avoid gross errors of that proportion. : Of course the question of whether or not God : exists has an answer. It is either yes, or no. It : just may be though that it is not the kind of : answer you can find in a test-tube, or a lengthy : mathematical proof. It is a more intuitive : process than scientific. And the fact that God : can't be proven scientifically doesn't mean any- : one is silly for believing in Him. In truth, : science can't even prove that Abraham Lincoln ever : existed. That's a problem for an area known as : legal-historical problem solving. you are ignorant. what he is saying is that you cant PROVE that god is or is not. no one can. there is no answer, not now at least. we have to wait about 80 years to figure that out. we all do.
