This would be a great idea if it was simple, however, light has no mass. And it would not work with humans, and there are also brain patterns to consider, along with the religious "soul." As all chrisitans and catholics believe, and a person dies (e.i. molecular structure disinegrates (sp?)), the soul leaves the body, and goes to heaven, or hell. It is impossible to transfer a soul. Sound is not matter, it's a distortion of. Sound is also data. Light can be used as data. Even if light could transfer a human, travel faster than c would be impossible, as the theory of relativity states the more engery, the more mass, and vice-versa, well, light is not matter, thus has no mass.
