: Believer: I believe there is a god which created us. : Non: What created that god? : Beleiver: ????

: !!!

A cute anecdote, but false. Let us assume that the universe is a system that can be likened unto a box. "God" does not exist within the universe, he created it. He is not subject to being created or having a beginning. In fact, he created those very concepts. In the Bible, God, YHWH, says that he is the beginning and the end. Implying that there is no such thing as a time before God. After all, He created time. We just measure it using well defined imaginary parameters.
