Time Dilation Near The Event Horizon Of A Black Hole

How would Time be effected if a person in a starship was 1 AU (92961440 mi) away and the Black Hole had a radius of 1.864200001 mi? If you can, could you send me a forumla of some kind that tells how this works? |
