It Is Space That Expands

And the space carries light, if it exists, along with it at speeds much greater than the speed of light to an outside observer, except that there is no outside. There is no limitation to the speed at which space expands. The only limitation is the velocity of particles with respect to space. But space can expand at any velocity |
