In this vein, it seems that the closer from the emitter to the interceptor of these forces of gravity and electromagnetic radiation, the more they stay close or at the speed of light...the further away the emitter and ultimate receiver, the greater the chances of something else occuring and thus the further away from the speed of light limit...but when the photons are intercepted, it would seem to the observer that the radiation or force HAD been traveling at the speed of light all the time...it might even be that an interval of space might have actually been "jumped"...or something to that affect. |
