Quantum Fluctuations Altering Thinking?

I don't think so. If you compare the size of a neuron to the size at which quantum fluctuations take place, you'll find that it's like comparing the milky way galaxy to a cell of the body.

Quantum fluctuations take place at sizes of:

10^-35 m

The smallest cells known to exist have sizes of:

10^-7 m

This gives a grand total of 10^28 times larger. Wow. I don't think that quantum fluctuations have anything to do with thinking.
