Follow Up To My Question

Also in supposition to my example, say a force acted upon that atom and there was a reaction of some type with the emission or emissions of a photon or photons. Would the reaction to this affect of force or potential have to be instantaneous, or maybe further in time as we see it...say one second later, or maybe up to an infinite time later? |
