Colons and semi-colons are used to separate.
Before the colon(:) is the first coming.
After the colon(:) is the second coming.

From Isaiah 9:6 KJV -
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:
and the government shall be upon his shoulder"

You will notice that at the second coming there will only be THE government, just One.

Do you should who is seated at the right hand of the Father ? So who is that government upon His shoulder ?
