You gave me a quote that said that the spirit separates from the body and then you claim that the soul and the body are united. You are the one who is illogical.

But god intends for you to not understand.

Christianity adopted the idea of the resurrection just as the jews were giving it up.

Modern jews believe in evolution.

You see Judiaism has mmade progress from its beginning, including the last 2,000 years. Your brand of Christianity cannot even accept the discoveries of astronomy, for example that the universe is billions of years old.

Fortunately you represent a small part of christianity. You may think its all of christianity since you reject catholism. You must also reject mainstream Protestantism, which I grew up in. They accept evolution and all the rest of modern science.

But you are just being narrowminded.

So as Jesus told you, just keep on being they way you are. God wants this world to have a wealth of diversity. You just represent one extreme of the possible spectrum of belief.
