This is the scripture saying priests are guiltless:
Matt.12
[4] how he entered the house of God and ate the bread of the Presence, which it was not lawful for him to eat nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests?
[5] Or have you not read in the law how on the sabbath the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are guiltless?
Here is what Jesus thinks of the priests. The temple priests are Sad'ducees, just in case you did not know.
Matt.16
[11] How is it that you fail to perceive that I did not speak about bread? Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sad'ducees."
[12] Then they understood that he did not tell them to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sad'ducees.
Matthew 5:
[18] For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the law until all is accomplished.
[19] Whoever then relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but he who does them and teaches them shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
[20] For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
So you are teaching that you are above the law. According to this you will not get into the kingdom of heaven.
And by the way, here is the Jewish thinking on the ressurection at the time of Christ:
Matt.22
[23] The same day Sad'ducees came to him, who say that there is no resurrection; and they asked him a question,
[34] But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sad'ducees, they came together.
Mark.12
[18] And Sad'ducees came to him, who say that there is no resurrection; and they asked him a question, saying,
