But I believe that jesus distinquished between the Jews and the Gentiles. He said

[7]"And in praying do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their many words.


[8] Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

On two occasions he said that gentiles will be saved by grat faith. But it is obvious tht he expaected much more from the Jews- like to love their enemies and become sons of god.

Gentiles apparently do not have this opportunity.
