Yep, I've had the same problem. They do exist and they do sometimes answer thier phone but you have to catch them at the right time. Same thing with thier E-Mail. It seems that they don't have anybody there that is really interested in doing work with the amateur community but I don't blame them on most of the time. Keep trying and good luck. I'm going to be trying to get them to mold some glass shortly and I hope they don't meander about on the job. It's interesting because there's some people that seem to catch them at just the right time.
