: What do I really get from a 2" ocular? Better views from larger and better optics. The bigger scope didn't hurt either. Ask your friend to lend you the eyepiece to put on your scope if you can. Then you will really see what you are going to see when you do buy the larger pieces of glass. Please also note that there are 2" oculars that are nothing but 1.25" optics in a 2" tube. |
