"Squeaky Wheels" There was an article in Sky and Telescope recently about grinding machines. I built one and think that it is the cat's meow for doing glass work. You will notice that like almost everything in optics, something always works if you understand what it is doing and make so that it does the function rather than slavishly following the form of the work.
