: I am grinding a ten inch f/5 mirror. first of all I am done with rough grinding, but I got my grit from an ATM workshop. I will be away this friday and I need some 120 and 180 grit. is there any shops in the Bay area that sell grit? please respond! THANKYOU!

I have found that lapidary suppliers (rock shops) have all the grits and polishes that you require and normally have them at substantially reduced prices compared to what you will pay from an atm supplier. Just a thought.
