Bob, What did that person think of using aluminum to build much larger telescopes, such as a 6" f/10 or f/14 refractor? I am inerested in building one and thin I can get a lens for a good price. I want to replace my 8" SCT, but don't know what a good tube material would be, Thanks, Josh Miller |
