Thanks for the advise Robert. Do I still use two blade edges in front of the LED or not? Is there something on the WWW you know of that describes this method in more detail?

PS. My Dall-Kirk. is designed for an overall f15. On such an instrument coma should'nt be too big a concern, what are your thoughts? Also, what are your thoughts on a telescope window. In South-Africa quality glass is hard to come by and very expensive, so I'm cosidering to have an open tube with a spider mount for the secondary. I managed to obtain a 3,5mm thick Borosilicate Crown, but it is probably too thin to grind to an optical flat of good quality?
