If you are going to use 1.25 EP's use 1.1" as the diameter of the FOV in inches as this is about as large an apeture stop as you can get for a 1.25" EP. For 2", I would use 1.8" and consider that to be good enough. As far a focal length, 40mm for 1.25 and 60 for 2" is about as long a FL as I have seen if that is the number that you are looking for.
