Are you sure you want to do this? Aluminizing chambers are a pretty standard vacuum depositing chamber but for students at what is probably a university you may not want to do. Mirror grinding machines are handbuilt for the job generally and I don't know of any manufacturers for the sizes that you would want. There are lens grinding and polishing machines available but they generally handle eyeglass lenses. I sure hope that you understand the questions that you have asked. If so please give better detail of what you need and want to do. I might also add that if you are doing an astronomy class, that you do the grinding and rough polishing by hand. Finish polishing is always done by hand. Let us know what you mean by your question.
