I am going to build a Newtonian Reflector. I have necessary information to build either a 4 1/2 " f4 rich field reflector or an 8" f6 reflector. Should I cut my teeth on the smaller one first or just go for it and build the larger one. Will I out grow the smaller one quickly or is it one that I will always use in addition to any other telescope Imight later build? Thanks for your input. T.
