I have a Meade 10" f4.5 Dob. I'm having a terrible time getting the collimation right. I can focus on stars and planet failry sharp (the focuser is not that great) and when it's at it's best, theres an effect of a smear which radiates from the source towards 7:00 looking into the eyepeice with the primary to my left. I feel its probably a collimation problem. I can rotate the eyepiece and the effect stays oriented to 7:00. Can anyone give me some assistance?
