Setting Circles.

There aren't many programs out there that make setting circles.
The only other one that I've seen was an old DOS program that did the job on a HP LaserJet 11 compatible printer. I don't know how big a circle that one would print but it is rather out of date.

I'd consider making the protractor and use that to make the marks for the full circle as shown on that site. Overlapping the marks (doing 60 degrees or so at a time) would be an alternative and you will also get to make some more substantial marks than the paper ones that you'd get otherwise. Don't forget that paper and dew don't get along together too well.
