Some time ago I saw those being sold on the Internet. Now when I'm seriously planning to build a telescope I thought one could help me avoid confussion.

Seeing grinding techniques in action is a more appealing form of learning. Better one time see than 100 times read about it or something like that :)

I need your advice on what is the best tape of this kind. It should be buyable from non-US. Price is not an issue if the information recorded is worth it.
