| Broken "MEADE" Telestar

I was given a MEADE "Telestar" 6" reflecting telescope on some kind of automatic star-finding mount. The mount seems to work as I can make it go from side to side and sometimes up and down. The barrell that accepts the eyepieces is broken off. The eyepieces are missing. Where can I get parts? Is there a serial number someplace I will need? The MEADE catalogue hasn't been much help I am guessing because I know so little about the equipment. I am VERY new at all this but do want to persue astrophotography.
