| 4.5" Meade/Celestron Mirror-How Good?

I recently picked up Meade and Celestron telescope kits second hand to build scopes for some friends. I was wondering if anyone knows if these mirrors are spherical and what performance I can expect. I'm using low profile focusers and Meade Plossls. I also have the chance to pick up an Edmunds Scientific 4.25" f/8 parabolic mirror. Anyone know how good these mirrors are? |
