If you really have a Turned Up Edge then the problem is easily solved by doing a gentle working of the edge to bring it down.
Don't use a lot of force as the edge will wear back quickly and you will end up with a ragged edge if you press hard.
A wide chordal stroke is what is needed and a lot of testing to insure that you don't go too far.
If you have a Turned Down Edge then the ROC for the edge zone is further than the desired value and that is going to be some thing else to fix.
