Yup, garbage in, garbage out as they say. Problem was that i was using the outer zone radii instead of the average zone radii in the Sixtests input.

Mirror tests out to 0.17 (std deviation 0.04) wavefront error and a strehl ratio of 0.94 (std deviation 0.02) using the means of 3 tests over 3 different programs (Tex,Sixtests, and Figure 45).

Am agonising now over whether to polish a little more at zone 4 to try and improve things, or whether i am really pushing the practical limits of my ability to test and should leave well enough alone?
