Ian, Robert and David: Maybe we`re talking about Mr. Robert Edward Cox (Bob Cox), featured in Telescope Making #40. His "twitcher" telescope apears on page 37. It seems to be a 3" cassegrain, appr. 12" long. Good skies for all!
