Check out Orion's Dobsonian telescopes at Telescope.com . They include two good eyepieces. For all-around viewing Dobsonians give the most "bang for the buck." They don't come with a computer, but a computer on a tiny scope will just show you a worthless image with computerized pointing. Don't worry about high magnification. Having two eyepieces, one giving somewhere in the 20x to 40x range (for a beginner scope), and the other somewhere in the 75x to 125x range, is good for starters. If you can only get one eyepiece, 50-75x is a decent compromixe. Orion gives you two well chosen eyepieces. Several other vendors give similar prices on Dobs.
Sorry about the delay--I didn't look for your question until today. I must admit I'm unfamiliar with the ds114at model. By now you've probably made your decision.
