I am considering building a 8 inch Newtonian Reflector on a equatorial mounting. I am not sure what focal ratio to build. What f/ratio would be best for Deep Sky/Planetary work? I also want to build an observatory. Does anybody know of any Freeware Autocad type drawing programs that I can download so that I can design my observatory/ Telescope? Does anybody have any detailed drawing plans for building on observatory? |
