Hiyah!

Its not so much the turned up edge that i'm worried about at the moment. The main hassle is the ridge and central hole. this is giving me a shape on the ronchi test that one of the guys refered to as "the onion".
I'm thinking that if i get rid of that (by doing longer strokes as suggested, MOT for a while) then that will reduce the width of the turned up edge as well, and anything thats left of this i can work out during parabolising.
I have been doing fairly long stints (like an hour or so)of either MOT or TOT duing polishing so far. Maybe this has been a problem?
I reckon i'll do it in 15 minute stints from now on, and test / press between each to make sure im not going too far and turning the edge over.

I'll post again in a couple of days with how its turned out.

Seeyahs!!
