Hi. I do not know of a web-page with explicit details of how to build a Newtonian - tho I'm not a web expert. However as you might guess, there are some very excellent books on telescope making. The most famous classic is the book 'Amateur Telescope Making' book 1, (there are three of them) I have made many telescopes. Let me know if I can help with your project. David.
